MiTek’s STAD series foundation straps are holdowns that retain high uplift capacity even when installed at the corners of foundation stemwalls. The coined dimples below the embedment line allow for increased concrete bonding. Additionally, they are ideal for use with built up 2x end posts. All STAD foundation straps are made from 12-Gauge steel with a G90 galvanized finish for corrosion resistance. Meets code requirements in ICC-ES 2787, Florida FL17249, and L.A. City LABC ESR-2787 Requires 24 or 28 16d sinker nails depending on installation (see attached guide for details) Height includes 10-in. embedment depth
