Description
Titanium Nitride surface treatment for longer tap life and less breakage. Three flute design reduces torque while the neck promotes coolant flow to the cutting edges. TiN coating gives increased surface hardness, increased durability and high lubricity. Application: Permits tapping of high tensile martensitic stainless steels and titanium alloys at high speeds.
